Culture First!

In Centre-du-Québec, we see culture as an essential resource. Each of the five RCMs that make up the region has its own policy for culture. Conseil de développement culturel du Centre-du-Québec (CDCCQ)—the region’s cultural development council—has also instituted its own regional policy for culture, which is the first of its kind in Québec!
